spinning sunday - dye your own fiber edition

 I bought some plain white fiber from Rumplestiltskin the last time I was in the bay area. I didn't know what to do with it - originally, I was going to spin it and then dye it. But I love the way the yarn looks when it's dyed beforehand - it's so random and multi colored. So I wrapped the 4oz of wool in a pot, in a circular motion (to try to make it more random), and dropped in dye at different spots. <----This is the finished product.

I decided to fractal ply it, to hopefully preserve the brightness. You'll see more next week!
